We’re delighted to welcome Dr. Céline Kowalska to Proven Connect as our new Head of Project Delivery. With a PhD in Molecular Biology and more than twenty years of experience spanning academia, industry, and biotechnology, she brings a wealth of expertise at the intersection of cancer research and the immune system. Her career has been shaped by a clear passion: turning good science into something that genuinely benefits people. That commitment to turning research into meaningful impact is exactly what drew her to PCR and Proven Connect, where the focus on improving outcomes for men facing prostate cancer resonated with her own values.

In her new role, Céline will help transform ambitious ideas into action, making sure projects move forward smoothly and that delivery supports innovation rather than obstructing it. She thrives on collaboration and is energised by working alongside passionate people towards goals that ultimately support patients on their journeys. Looking ahead, she hopes to relieve some of the pressure on the Translational team and guide several key initiatives through to successful completion over the next six months.

Outside of work, Céline enjoys long walks, good food, and tending to her allotment whenever the weather allows. And in a detail many might not guess, she has been playing volleyball since she was 13—a sport she still loves for its energy, sociability, and the lifelong friendships it has brought her.
